All Orders Are Pre-Made:
At ELOHM, we operate on a pre-made model. This means your order is ready to ship and not produced on demand. Once your purchase is confirmed, our team carefully inspects, packs, and ships your item within 2–5 business days.

We prioritize speed without sacrificing quality. Most orders ship within 2–3 days, but during high-volume periods, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Tracking & Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A separate email with tracking information will follow once your package ships, so you can monitor its progress in real time.
